There’s no point in censoring overheads of prisons nowadays. With Google Maps, Google Earth, and Bing Bird’s Eye view, even little Jimmy on his mom’s computer can see overheads of prisons now. Really, I wouldn’t even bother blocking publication of overheads of prisons.
